  • Can I order by phone?
    Yes, please give us a call to arrange payment.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    You can contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to cancel or change the order. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we are unable to change or cancel this for you. You will have to go through the returns policy.
  • Can I send my order to a different address?
    Absolutely, during the checkout process you will be asked to enter a delivery address if this is different from your billing address.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally, we will however be looking into this in the future.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive an e-mail from our courier partners which allows you track your parcel.
  • What is your returns policy?
